Kinexx’s Harrison Row Townhome Project Featured in the Chicago Sun Times

Kinexx’s Harrison Row Townhomes were featured in the Chicago Sun Times today. With commentary from our friend and client, J. Michael Drew of Structured Development, our own Josh Braun (CEO, Kinexx) and Chicago Housing Commissioner Marisa Novara, the article highlighted the benefits of modular construction as a viable tool to address the affordable housing shortage.

When asked about Kinexx, Commissioner Novara said, “This is a group that we have seen deliver on modular home ownership. I would describe [Kinexx] as quick and nimble, which are words I don’t get to use enough in my field.”
